First of all we were in an accident that was absolutely not our fault but because we had liability and the girl we were in the accident with head full coverage and we were both State Farm customers we got completely screwed over which we accepted, even though we’ve been customers for 15 years But what I couldn’t accept is, they told my wife she had to remove me from our insurance or be dropped due to the very accident that the police ruled fault undetermined but State Farm made it my fault. This is absolutely not an insurance agent. You can trust to be there for you as a customer They are worried about their bottom line and that is all they’re worried about they don’t give a damn about the clients."
